The vast array of events cater to the multicultural diversity among students, bringing out the best in each of them. The competition is fierce but healthy as the Houses spare no effort to be one up on the other.

Harmony is an event organized by ISB which brings together youth from all over the Gulf and miles beyond this beautiful island. It is a platform to interact and unleash the talents of our children. The event lasts for over three days and features flamboyant performance by talented youngsters. Students perform in various fields like music, dance, mono acting etc.

Model United Nations
Model United Nations is a programme which provides students an opportunity to apply their unique individual abilities in a dynamic and exciting forum that emphasizes problem solving skill, diplomacy and global understanding. The Bahrain Model United Nations (BAHMUN) programme was started in 1995 under the auspices of the Rotary Club of Adliya. The Indian School plays the key role in its orchestration. The students chair sessions in General Assembly, Economic and Social Council, Human Rights and in Security Council. Students undergo a rigorous selection and training process before they represent the school as Delegates and Press Corps.
The School also participates in Cairo Model United Nations (CACMUN), in Egypt . It simulates lively debates and multi- cultural interactions. Year long Mini MUN programmes and the interaction with other schools give the right exposure for students to develop good inter-personal skills that are assets for their future life. |

La Matinée Française French Day
It is an inter school competition of various CBSE schools in Bahrain where French is being taught. The various competitions such as Poster making, French poem recitation, Speaking in French on a selected topic, Quiz on France are organised. These four schools conduct selections in their schools. About three hundred children took part in the preliminaries. Twenty eight of the selected students participated in the finals on the 20 th of October 2005 in the Jashanmal Auditorium of the Indian School Bahrain. The winners were awarded cups and certificates at the end of the function. Other than the competition section there are also songs in French presented by the Indian School 's junior school children from the Sitra campus. This year students of the middle school presented a skit in French on the Cobbler and the Elves. Of course there were group songs and the Indian school band was present and played a French song. The judges come from the Embassy of France and The Alliance Française de Bahreïn. |

The word Nishka, which derives from the oldest coin, has not only historical significance but symbolizes progress and evolution. Nishka provides the students of the enterpresing and promising field of commerce, an opportunity to exhibit their talents.
